1. Who we are

Atlas Property Management (“Atlas,” “we,” “us”) is a residential property management company at 1235 N Loop W, Suite 502, Houston, TX 77008. This policy explains what information we collect through atlasmanagementtx.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

2. Information you give us

We collect the information you choose to send us through forms on the Site, including our quote forms, our contact form and our “Text Me My Quote” pop-up. Depending on the form, this can include:

your name, phone number and email address;
details about your property, such as property type, whether it is currently rented, and its ZIP code;
anything you write in a message to us.

When you submit a form, we also record the date and time, the page you submitted it from, and basic browser information, so we know which page a request came from and can respond to it.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site automatically collects some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies, and Google’s use of this data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

The Site also stores a small note in your browser’s local storage so our pop-up is not shown to you repeatedly. It contains only a date, not personal information.

4. How we use your information

to respond to your requests, including preparing and sending a property management quote;
to contact you by phone, email or text message about your inquiry or property;
to provide and manage our property management services if you become a client;
to understand how the Site is used and improve it;
to protect the Site and our business and to comply with the law.

5. Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number, for example through our “Text Me My Quote” pop-up or a quote form, you agree that Atlas Property Management may send you text messages about your quote, your inquiry and our property management services. Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop texts, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using our services.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or text messaging consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as our website host, email and messaging providers, and analytics, who may use it only to provide services to us;
when you ask us to, for example with a vendor scheduled to work on your property;
when required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of others;
as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.

7. Third-party content

Some pages show content from other companies: Google reviews through the Trustindex reviews widget, an embedded YouTube video, and Google Maps. These services may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies. The Site also links to other websites we do not control, and this policy does not cover them.

8. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. The Site and the services above use them to keep the Site working and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.

9. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and quote information for as long as we need it to respond to you and to follow up, and client information for as long as we manage your property and afterward as required for our legal, accounting and tax obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

10. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing bi*@***************tx.com or calling (903) 400-4091. Depending on where you live, including under Texas law, you may have additional rights, and we will respond to requests as the law requires. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

12. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Changes take effect when they are posted.
